First Cancer Diagnosis – an indemnity amount from $10,000 to $30,000 for a first diagnosis, except when it is for skin cancer.
Accidental Death & Dismemberment- Benefits from $10,000 up to $30,000 for a death caused by an accident. In case of dismemberment, the benefits are also guaranteed for the loss of one (1) or the combination of two (2) of the following: leg, hand, or vision.
First Day of Hospitalization due to an Accident – Initial payment upon hospitalization due to an accident is as follows: Principal Insured $1,200, Spouse $1,200, Dependent Child $600.
Hospitalization due to Accident – Guaranteed benefits starting at $45 per day and there is no limit to the number of days for the hospital duration.
Hospitalization for Sickness (Optional Coverage) – Payments for hospitalization, with no limit on number of days, including those related to complications during pregnancy, childbirth, or miscarriage. Benefits start at $45 per day.
